I'm not making 10k months ... yet

I've been reading so many posts lately that were screaming "how I'm making 10k months". And I have to say, they are for sure grabbing attention 🚨

But I just wanted to remind you that we are seeing just one side of this success.

In most of the cases, this results were build over years, with hours of hard work. Many of these businesses have big teams working on this numbers.

So, my message is: If you are a solopreneur or young agency look at those who succeeded , get inspired and make REALISTIC for your current situation goals.

But don't compare yourself, and please be kind to your business, you will get there in your own sweet time 🤍

Let's talk boundaries ☁️

I always believe in this one rule. When everything is going well it's great. But something goes wrong it's easily becoming a disaster.

While working with multiple clients it is very important to build a relationship based on trust and respect. Very often they are business owners themselves and would totally understand where you are coming from.

That's why I wrote down my core 3 rules. I am doing my best to obey them to keep my wellbeing in a right place.

01. Working hours - set sharp your working hours, don't reply to emails at midnight or in the middle of your holidays. Of course there will be days when you will have to do over hours or help client in emergency, it's totally fine. Just set the line and do your best to respect it!

02. Scope of work - Always agree on a specific scope of work and write it down in your contract. If any side would like to broaden the offer, talk about this. Don't put too much on your shoulders just because "it's just a one quick task".

03. Trust your expertise - You are running this business for some reason, you have the knowledge in that specific niche so trust yourself. Always take the feedback on board but also don't be scared to prove you are right.

I know it's not easy, but I promise once you set this lines in your business, you will save plenty of time, stress and thank yourself 🙏🏻

The answer is simple - Because you will be SEEN.

By being active on your profile you keep reminding your audience that you are out there 🙌🏻

It's does require a bit of discipline, and I totally get it, there are so many more important things than creating your page content on the list ✔️
