Most Klaviyo accounts I open have 12 flows running. Half of them generate zero attributed revenue.
The audit isn’t about checking open rates. That’s reading the dashboard.
A real audit looks at four things:
→ Deliverability: are you actually landing in inboxes, or quietly hitting spam?
→ Flow architecture: are the right flows live, with the right exclusions, in the right order?
→ Campaign quality: are you sending too much to too few, or too little to too many?
→ Integration health: did your Smile.io / Recharge / Yotpo sync break six months ago and nobody noticed?
The mistakes are almost always structural, not creative. “Better subject lines” rarely fixes a Klaviyo program. Better filters, exclusions, and segmentation almost always do.
If your Klaviyo is generating less than 25% of total store revenue, an audit usually finds the gap in the first 30 minutes.
