An ageing TechnicWeb site to a website he's "blown away" by: Paul O'Shea Homes' upgrade

Paul O’Shea Homes didn’t need a new identity.

It needed a website that did a much better job of representing the established estate agency behind it.

The agency’s existing TechnicWeb website had become dated and, when Paul was subsequently informed by Zoopla that the platform was being discontinued, a move became inevitable.

But there was little point simply replacing old with similar.

Instead, Paul used the opportunity to make a proper upgrade.

His new Estate Apps website launched on 8 September 2026, giving Paul O’Shea Homes a considerably more modern digital presence while retaining the Apex27 CRM already used within the business.

Since launch, Paul has gone one step further and added our direct Apex27 form integration, allowing website leads to feed seamlessly into his CRM.

So this wasn’t simply a website redesign.

It was an opportunity to improve how the agency looks online, how potential clients interact with the business and what happens when those people actually enquire.

Paul’s reaction during the build summed up the difference rather nicely:

We’ve had such a positive experience with Estate Apps and, in particular, Alex, who has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process.

From the very first conversation, everything has been incredibly straightforward, transparent and easy to understand. There was no hard sell, no confusing contract terms and no unnecessary complications.
