What a few days hours 😴

From birthday parties to play dates to decorating to my youngest falling down the stairs and splitting just under his eyes. Which led to 6 hours in A+E last night, getting to bed at 1am and a follow up app this morning 🫩

Okay, this month I’m basing my content calendar on one word; CONSISTENCY. Here’s how I can use that one word to create mulllllllltiple content ideas:

- how long does it take to turn a task into a habit
- the phsycology behind habits
- what I’m committing to turning into a habit over the next 30 days
- how I recently helped my client become consistent with content
- why / how people over-complicate consistency
- confusing consistency with constantly?
- how to give yourself the best chance of building consistent habits
- what I’ve learnt after sticking to something new for 30 days
- how I offer accountability to help with consistency in my membership
- how accountability can help with consistency
- a client before / after with consistency
