You need to use hooks like this to engage with your viewers…

One thing I’ve learnt as a reel editor is that if you create hooks that genuinely engage with your viewer- that is when you will actually create a community.

And the best way to do this… with stories.

Everyone is completely underestimating the power of telling a story.

When I first started social media management I genuinely believed that I should just give away my expertise.

Show people what made me an expert instead of telling them stories that they could connect and relate too.

And no one trusted me.

Not because my advice wasn’t solid but because they didn’t know why they should trust it.

Why?

No one wants three quick tips- that’s outdated.

But they do want one key takeaway and a story that proves WHY they should implement it.

And when you think about it- that makes a lot of sense.

Humans always want some evidence before they act.

The system you didn’t know you needed…

The constant concerns about your business page plague your mind. You’re conscious of maintaining the brand image you have built but… BTS your brand feels anything but luxurious.

The constant worries of…

‘What do I post next?’

‘Does it fit the feed design?’

And most importantly- ‘does this resonate with my audience?’

This isn’t because you’re lacking clarity…

It’s because you’re lacking the right systems to post at ease.

You must stop what you are doing right now…

It’s difficult to create a presence on social media.

I get it. But hooks like this help to boost engagement and establish authority in ways that are:

1. Easy to create
2. Manageable
3. Establish you as an authority in your industry.

…and establishing yourself as an authority with unique opinions is what will make people buy from you.

As a luxury social media manager- there is nothing more frustrating for me than seeing someone who is trying hard to build a luxury presence but they feel it falls short.

I spent years mastering luxury… to distill them into one script so that I can master your online presence in one fortnight.

Like so many other people I made one crucial error: believing that a luxury social media presence is 90% visuals.

I was so wrong.

I began to study luxury brands and recognised that they weren’t only based on shallow visuals but the complete opposite.

Every single part of a true luxury brand has depth.

Everything tells a story- the logo, the designs, the content.

It is all crafted through storytelling.

Which made me realise- each brand had their own storytelling style.

So I revised each brands style and crafted my own Maison Manuscript- the script that I implement when curating any luxury brand.

Because true luxury isn’t built on imitation but individuality.

Why? Because people are invested in stories- and that is ALL an amazing brand is.

Excellent story telling.
