Here's what she loves most about working with us... 💬

"The flexibility is fantastic and helps me balance work with home life. Fiona always goes out of her way to support the team, and I love learning about new products through our training before sharing that knowledge with passengers."

But her favourite part?

💬 "The random people you meet! I once got chatting to members of the band Koe Wetzel, sold them a bottle of Jack Daniel's, and ended up being invited onto the VIP guest list for their next UK tour! I've even had customers offer me free stays in their holiday homes because we got on so well!" 🤩

First up is Mark! 👋

Mark has been with us since March 2023 and is one of the people who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From confirming weekly shifts to supporting the team with rota changes and being the first point of contact for many of our staff, he's always there to help.

When we asked Mark what he loves most about the job, this was his answer... 💬

"Meeting new and existing customers, giving excellent customer experiences, building rapport with the crew, helping passengers get the best deals, supporting the FSP team (including the boss 😉), and giving staff, crew and passengers 200% of my attention!"

His passion for people shines through every shift, and we're lucky to have him on the team.
