This Venison Processing Unit represented a significant upgrade for our client.

They had outgrown their original single-bay Fisher Deer Larder and required a solution capable of handling much higher carcass volumes.

It has provided them with a purpose-built working environment and, at 90 sq mtr, is able to comfortably accommodate every stage of the process, from initial intake to final dispatch.

Additionally, and with their own high standards to uphold, our client has had full concrete flooring laid.

Doesn't it look smart!
