This Venison Processing Unit has received its finishing touches and is due for delivery to a high-profile estate in a couple of weeks.

Designed by our in-house team it features :
🔹In-fur chiller
🔹Finished goods chiller
🔹Multiple access points
🔹Tonon rail system throughout
🔹In-line track scales and hoists
🔹Separate Prep and Processing rooms

With a number of highly bespoke additional features, including a huge 5.8mtr x 3.4mtr undercover area and two Fisher skinning rigs, it will create a working environment suitable for our client’s requirements.

This is an FSA Approved Game Processing Unit, with just over 2000 sq ft of work-space available.

🚛 Leaving the yard last night and heading for Inverness. 🦌

The aptly named Highland Model 'B' has a chiller and prep room and is equipped with all the amenities you'd expect in one of our Larders.

It's a great size, measuring 5.7mtr x 2.8mtr, and will provide our client with a modern facility in which to process their venison.

A true turn-key Larder, once sited and connected to services it will be ready to use!

Today the manufacturing teams are busy installing a total of 8 windows and a set of UPVC French doors from CB Solutions U.K. Ltd to this project.

Comprised of 4 separate bays and constructed with Hemsec cold store panels this will become a 24mtr x 6mtr Butchery and Farm Shop.

It will be a fully self-contained site and has been designed to provide a turn-key facility for our client, who produce and process their own native breeds.

Whilst they're not always essential to the development process, site visits give us an opportunity to check the finer details of a project, offer guidance on groundworks and assess access routes if necessary.

Just as importantly, they help us develop strong working relationships with our clients. Spending time on-site allows us to fully understand their business, how they operate and ultimately what kind of facility will support them best.

In the cool of the morning this Estate Larder is coming off the assembly lines today.

Due for delivery early next month, it's a spacious facility that will allow our clients well-established venison business to up scale on-site production to meet their increased demand. Most notably this is for a very popular local pub, which is a positive sign for the game industry as a whole.
