Alana is currently in and out of it with plenty of pain meds not helping but please stop spamming her with messages over and over.
She isn’t replying to anyone, please let the poor girl recover. It’s not even been 12 hours, she’s had major surgery.

Hi all,
Just another update. Alana has been taken for surgery this afternoon. At this stage it is not fully clear what surgery she is having, what is being done and what the recovery time is. So for now any and all custom prints and designs are ON HOLD INDEFINITELY. Please do not chase her for updates, as she is likely to be recovering for a good few days.
If you have placed an order that is a custom design, please note that it may not be done for a while, but I don’t have a timeframe, so if you do need to cancel your order - we absolutely understand and ask that you email [email protected] with your order number and I can cancel it for you.
You are welcome to still place any stock or physical product orders as I can do these and send them (so long as she posted accurate stock figures!) but if there are any issues with stock, I’ll be in touch via email.
I’m sure you have all already been sending her lots of supportive messages and she appreciates all of them, and I will continue to update you all when I can (or when she gets her iPad back off me).
