Have you ever been part of an engagement pod on Instagram?

I STILL see people trying to set them up and they are one of the worst things you can do for your Instagram engagement. People are liking/commenting on your post out of obligation rather than genuinely wanting to. And do you know what? It shows! “Great post hun” is doing nothing for your account.

So, please stop joining pods and just keep creating awesome content instead! 😃

Have you embraced Instagram Reels yet?

Reels really aren’t going anywhere, and from what Adam Mosseri (head of Instagram) said recently, Reels and video will be a bigger focus of Instagram going forward.

Video content isn’t a new thing, and research shows that video content is more effective than static images on social media platforms.

But I get it. If you’ve never made videos before, the prospect is daunting and it can be difficult to come up with ideas! So I’ve got 20 ideas to get you started 😄

You get so much from collaborating with other people and I think it's something a lot of us have missed over the pandemic.⁠

Another month down!⁠⁠

April was a good month for us here in Scotland. Lockdown started easing and the travel restrictions were lifted over a week early which meant lots of us could FINALLY visit family! For May we have another date where things are relaxed a bit more:
🗓 17 May - we can meet up to 4 people inside our homes (definitely a good thing with the Scottish weather!)⁠⁠

Celebrating two years in business with a new logo from Cloudburst Kingdom 🤩⁠

Evonne did my branding when I went into business two years ago and during our initial meeting, she suggested pink to me. I wanted my main colour to be yellow because I didn't want to deter men from wanting to work with me. I didn't want to come across too "girly" 🙄⁠

Well, two years on and I've decided that I want to embrace pink! I mostly work with women, and women are my target market so here is my new branding with a whole load of pink. I bloody love it!⁠
