This week, I had the incredible honour of being invited by Sarah Payne founder of to meet Her Excellency Ms Betty Palaso at the Papua New Guinea High Commission in London.

It was a genuinely special moment for me personally. I first met Sarah during the early projects I worked on, where I had the privilege of supporting her in laying the digital marketing foundations for Cocoa Sisters.

To witness the journey from those early stages to moments like this has been truly inspiring.

Despite her incredibly busy schedule, Her Excellency generously took the time to learn more about Cocoa Sisters, its mission, and the remarkable female cocoa farmers behind the brand. Sarah proudly presented a Cocoa Sisters chocolate bar crafted from cocoa grown by one of the female farmers.

They also spoke about Sarah’s recent trade mission to Papua New Guinea with the International Trade Centre, sharing reflections on the warm welcome and inspiring communities.

An unforgettable experience and a proud milestone to witness.

Over the weekend, I had the absolute pleasure of reconnecting with five incredible women .uk

Last year, I had the privilege of supporting them through a contracted role, where my main focus was to help elevate their brands in the UK and European markets.

Together, we worked on strengthening their digital marketing strategies and building their digital marketing confidence and skills, empowering them to continue the work and share their knowledge with their teams.

Seeing how far they’ve come and how much their brands have grown is truly inspiring. I’m so proud to have played a part in their journey and to witness the impact of their hard work and determination.

What an incredible breakfast this morning with Ealing Business Club! It was fantastic to catch up with so many friends and hear about the exciting community projects and initiatives happening in Ealing.

Instagram has just rolled out some exciting updates. Here’s what’s new:

1️⃣ Longer Reels!
You can now post reels up to three minutes in length! Perfect for sharing more valuable content, storytelling, or showcasing your brand’s creative side.

2️⃣ New ‘Tall’ Grid Layout
The Instagram grid style is now portrait. The taller grid layout is to promote a more immersive on-screen feeling.

3️⃣ Edits App Available for Pre-Order
The all-new Edits App is up for pre-order! Instagram has designed this app to simplify your content creation process. Currently, it is still being tested and will be released in February.

Last week was a super busy!

One of the projects completed was supporting my client with some incredible wellness bundles.

Once the products were selected I got to work writing descriptions, photographing the bundles, adding to
as well as planning the social media campaign.

These bundles will be released in time for the Christmas shop and are the perfect pressie for family and loved ones!
