A customer came to us with an idea for a custom silicone mould, some measurements, and a hand-drawn sketch.

After designing and refining the mould in CAD, the final version is now printing in translucent PLA and ready for testing.

Something a little more personal from me this time 👌

I can finally share one of my latest custom projects printed here at Wight 3D Printing… a fully custom coaster set made for the coaches of the Gurnard Hawks U9s football team ⚽🦅

These were completely custom designed and 3D printed with:
• Infilled Gurnard Hawks badge coasters
• Matching custom coaster holder
• Club badge printed directly into the base of the holder
• Printed in club colours for a clean finished look

Really pleased with how these came out and it’s great being able to create something unique for a local grassroots team.

Really pleased with how this one’s come out. It’s got that clean, modern look but still feels warm when the light’s on.

The shape is designed to wrap around the candle and throw out a really nice soft glow – looks great on a coffee table, shelf or bedside.
