A couple weekends back, I was given the opportunity to fly out to Lisbon for a long weekend and attend a conference to learn about developing my team and myself. The real beauty of being in this business, is the support and network from multiple countries. I got to meet and learn from people working in London, Bristol, Belgium and Paris! People eager to build their team and develop their business.
This conference has given me the guide to successfully develop myself and others. The education was presented by organisation directors, business owners, and successful team leaders - entrepreneurs, who have worked hard to get to the point where they have full control over their work and life, and are providing the same opportunities for us.
Exploring Lisbon gave us the opportunity to also socialise with like-minded people outside of an office or conference centre. Going to the beach, walking, and going out together made it a really fun and adventurous trip, building bonds across offices. Making friends that want to succeed and apply the same education - it is exciting to know we have connections to people putting the education into action. We can all support each other in working to apply it, and create successful teams and develop ourselves as entrepreneurs!
