This event is to celebrate the recent launch of Glasgow Makar, Jim Carruth's 'Knockan'; a novel-in-verse set in Assynt, where the past is 'recreated from rock & bone, & the present is felt through the deep ties that connect a mother & daughter in this landscape of savage beauty.
Jim is joined by award-winning Argyll & Ross poets, Leonie, Jon & Cáit, who will be sharing some of their newest poems & some of their best-loved works. There will be chance to meet the authors & purchase your own signed copies of their books. No reservation required.
