Out on a content shoot today with what can only be described as a small army of gadgets, tripods, mics, the 360 camera… all the gear, probably no idea 🙈

Honestly, what could possibly go wrong?

So… I did a thing.

After weeks of umming, ahhing, and a slight hyper-fixation on research 🙈 I finally bought the 360 ultra camera I’ve been eyeing up for ages.

It felt like a big decision, but I keep reminding myself that if I can’t back myself, I can’t expect anyone else to either.

Here’s to trying new things, trusting your gut, and learning as you go 💛
I’m excited to start creating some new content — for myself and my lovely clients. ☕️

I couldn’t resist this one 🤣🤣

When you’re having one of those days… you know the ones, when you spill your tea, send the wrong email to the wrong person, and somehow manage to stub your toe on something just before bed 😅

Socials usually end up right at the bottom of the list… am I right??

But the truth is, they do matter. More and more people check your socials before they buy or get in touch, they want to see the real people behind the business.

It’s hard though, isn’t it? Finding the time, the ideas, the energy.

Sometimes I think, imagine if someone just did it for you, and all you had to do was send over a few photos or bits and pieces.

We’ve all been there, haven’t we? Drop a ☕ if this feels a little too real.”

Honestly? Because I love it.

I love seeing my clients shine online and freeing them up to focus on what they do best.

I love turning their ideas into content that actually connects.

And I love that no two days are the same, it keeps me creative and on my toes.

The trade off? My own feed sometimes takes a back seat (hi 👋 it’s been a few weeks since I posted).

And that’s okay. My clients are happy, the work’s getting done, and right now I’m soaking up summer with my kids.

Because socials are important… but so are the moments you can’t schedule, what are you enjoying at the moment??

• Reposts are going to be a game changer now you (and your audience) can reshare content, and it actually reaches more feeds beyond your followers.
• The map feature means your location tagged posts might get found by new people nearby especially helpful if you’re local or pop up based.
• And the Friends tab? It shows posts your people are into kind of like a sneak peek into what’s resonating, perfect inspo when brain fog hits.

If you’re a small business owner, these are like free mini billboards: a chance to get seen, heard, and discovered with just a bit of strategy.

If your feed’s been a bit quiet lately… honestly? Same.

Summer just has a way of pulling us offline, kids home, last minute BBQs, days where you actually step away from the desk (and wonder why you don’t do it more often).

And that’s exactly how it should be.

You don’t need to post every day to “stay relevant.” You can batch a bit, slow it down, or just press pause and the world won’t end. Your business will still be here when you come back.

The moments you’re living now? You can’t schedule those.

So if you need the break, take it. The algorithm will cope. Sunshine and memories won’t wait ☀️💛

Not gonna lie, I haven’t posted on here in weeks.
Because between client content, a handmade biz, and a very rogue Christmas in June event… life got loud.

So if you’re also juggling all the things and wondering how to keep showing up this summer, I get it. Honestly.
