We have recently deployed the Entrepreneurial Operating System at JMM HQ

Every 90 days we stop, agree what matters and commit to functional objectives that each department will drive forward.

With the momentum we are building and the renewed focus we have across the business, Q4 is shaping up to be our strongest ever quarter 🚀

Thanks to our team for attending and getting stuck right into the session!

One face missing was our very own Nicola Paton who is still off on Maternity leave enjoying time with her little Angel

She wasn't with us on the day but is still very much part of the team and the journey ahead for JMM - looking forward to having you back 👌

We recently filmed behind the scenes of a video shoot we conducted for Save Energy UK & EcoFlow - A proper look behind the curtain 👀

Documenting the journey from Glasgow to Poole & back and all the shoot locations in between for our client!

The first of ten marketing video shoots we have planned in over the next while ☑️

The rain tried to get in our way but not even the Scottish weather could stop us 💪

30+ videos captured for the client 🎥 🎙️

These will be edited up and mixed into an already successful advertising campaign

Continually gathering high production creative when advertising on Meta is not optional

The algorithm is creative hungry now, it needs constantly fed, new ideas, new angles, new variations..

All managed in house by our videography and creative team 🚀

Down to Newcastle tomorrow for the next 🚙

Last week the JMM team travelled to Poole to chair a solar marketing video shoot 🎥

This was for a long standing client: Save Energy UK, we where also supported on the day by EcoFlow

We captured a mixture of long and short form content, some will head on over to YouTube

Much of the content though will find itself being ran on the paid ads we manage for Save Energy U.K.

These ads produce hundred of thousands of £’s in new won business every month for this client

We have 10 solar video shoots over the next 10 days covering every part of the U.K. 💪

Getting all those last summer and autumn shoots squeezed in while we still have good light ☀️

There’s not many better ways to showcase a great solar install than getting the drone up to capture it in all its glory!

We never attend a shoot without at least two drones in the bag, just incase anything goes wrong with 1.

This incredible drone footage is then used in our solar clients ads to help drive the next set of enquiries in the door!
