Last week my business turned one 🎉
I run a self-employed promo & leafleting staff agency, and year one has been a mix of busy weeks, quiet weeks, self-doubt, and small wins that made it all feel worth it.
A few things I’ve learned: – Growth isn’t linear
– Confidence comes after you start
– Consistency matters, even when it feels quiet
Year one was about learning and laying foundations.
Year two is about showing up louder, building momentum… and testing some of the more bonkers ideas I’ve been sitting on 👀
