So our Age without Limits Day last week was tremendous! I loved collaborating with numerous other local businesses to support this important day celebrating and challenging Ageism🎉

Various local dignitaries joined us and we welcomed guests to hear talks and browse the various stalls offering services and products - a real feast for the eyes

I was delighted to talk all things Style in later life alongside Lou Murphy Styles showcasing her amazing Preloved outfits. Big thanks to our models, Elaine, Tina Fuller and Ginny Cooper who did a fab job as I knew they would ❤️❤️❤️

A big thank you also to Nicola Latham from Communities 1st for spearheading the organising - no mean feat and to Annie Stevenson for playing a big part too and for her brilliant and uplifting speech on the need to challenge Ageism 💙💙💙

I was absolutely delighted to receive these stunning photos of Marguerite in her chosen dress before going to a corporate dinner and awards night

I was so happy when Marguerite chose this dress and handy matching bolero being the perfect colour and shape. Plus the fabric has a slight sparkle which adds a luxe feel

I hear it was a very good night too! 👍👍👍

In celebration of Age without Limits Day, please join me for an uplifting free drop in event at the Trestle Arts centre in St Alban's next weds 10th June.
We will be there between 10 and 3. Live music, artisan coffee shop, easy free parking and lots of information to help us age well!

I will be showcasing some of Lou Murphy Styles Preloved clothing with a presentation around 1.15 ans will be chatting all things colour and style.

Local businesses also involved include skincare/make up, candles, jewellery, bra fittings, accessories, nutrition and fitness and much more!

I was super excited to dress the lovely Bex and Emily for a recent ball. There was a colour scheme that included red - one of my all time favourite colours❤️

Emily chose this classy wide legged jumpsuit and Bex chose this one shouldered dress with plenty of va-va-voom 💃💃💃

I am so happy to hear they both enjoyed the evening and felt good in their chosen outfits

As many of you may know, I have a big love of make up. Wearing it daily myself, helping my clients learn how to achieve the look they want and also doing make up for special occasions. Some ladies haven't worn make up in years and don't know where to start

As an ambassador for Tropic Skincare I have the luxury of using ethical and natural products that include ingredients that are good for the skin whilst achieving a lovely finish and are easy to use.

One recent client Linda wanted my help in advance of a family wedding and this is what she said after our session together .....

With a big occasion coming up and being rather afraid of applying makeup not to mention finding make up counters intimidating I was in need of help. Having met Al previously I was confident she would be the right person to consult. I wasn’t disappointed. Her passion and expertise for makeup and the products she uses is clear. But most importantly the appointment was super relaxed and fun. The end result speaks for itself and I came away feeling with practice I could achieve something similar.

My lovely client Tina Fuller showcases this fabulous navy dress and statement necklace she hired to host a Eurovision Watch Party at The Harlequin Centre in Watford.

Stephanie Von Glitz was Tina's co host and they
entertained the crowd, then critiqued and chatted to the audience, played games, gave away prizes and generally kept the energy going till midnight!
