Is your Google Business Profile perfectly up to date? Good. But ChatGPT can't see it. 👇

GBP only works inside Google's ecosystem. When your customers open ChatGPT, Perplexity, or any other AI assistant and ask about a restaurant, a barber, or a service near them, the AI looks somewhere else entirely.

🤖 Your website just lost a citation battle to a Reddit comment.
Sounds absurd — but this is exactly what's happening with AI search engines like Perplexity and ChatGPT.
They trust human forum discussions more than polished brand pages. Reddit citations in AI answers grew 450% in just a few months. Perplexity cites Reddit 45% more than other sources.
BUT — when Reddit sued Perplexity in late 2025, Reddit's citation share dropped 86% almost immediately.
The lesson? You can't build your AI visibility on someone else's platform.
