AI tools now read websites in much the same way people do, structure and clarity included. A page with proper headings, clear typography and sensible hierarchy is easier for both a person and a search tool to understand. Good web design was never just about how a page looks, it was always about how well it communicates.

Most of the impact of a website comes from a small part of the design. Get the homepage headline right, make the contact button easy to find, and load the page quickly, and you have covered most of what actually matters. Chasing every small detail before those big three is wasted effort. Fix the twenty per cent that carries eighty per cent of the weight first.
