Post by Ashley Phillips - Head of Strategy:
I speak to a lot of business owners — and this surprises me every time.
So many are brilliant, capable, full of ambition…
But very few are actually willing to dare.
“He who dares, wins.”
(She too, obviously.)
The phrase gets tossed around in quotes and military slogans — but it’s rarely lived out.
In the day-to-day management of ClickExpose — I keep seeing the same pattern:
Talented entrepreneurs avoiding bold moves. Avoiding risk.
Holding back from the very things that could move them forward.
Alex Hormozi, whose content I follow closely, often says:
“Risk is directly proportional to reward.”
And he’s right.
So why do so many stay stuck in ‘safe’? Why do so many dreams stay shelved?
Sometimes it’s fear.
Sometimes it’s comfort.
Sometimes it’s just habit.
But here’s what I’ve learned:
The most exciting growth I’ve ever seen — in business and in life — came from daring.
From launching, tweaking, failing (learning), restarting.
Not from waiting for perfect timing or permission.
So here’s to the ones who dare:
To rebrand.
To pivot.
To launch something wild.
Because the real risk?
Doing nothing — and expecting something different.
Are you comfortable taking calculated risks in business?
