We’re a well-established signage and branding company looking for a dynamic, organized, and proactive Office Administrator / Sales Staff to join our growing team. Signage industry experience is a must.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative tasks including client communications, job tracking, and scheduling.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, invoices, and orders.
• Liaise with design, production, and installation teams.
• Handle incoming sales inquiries and maintain good client relationships.
• Assist with sales processes from lead generation to closing deals.
• Maintain records, job cards, and office files accurately.
• Contribute to marketing and customer service initiatives.
✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in signage or printing industry.
• Strong administrative and sales support background.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or job tracking systems.
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
