My pretties.. I’m DEVASTATED 💔

Today marks the 2nd year around the sun for Pink Spider Media anddddd.. I forgot 😭 I’m sat here almost sobbing because I’m so immensely proud of how far we’ve come, what we’ve achieved - even what we’ve endured and yet I forgot this milestone.

Butttt it’s only because we’ve been so busy building, pivoting, creating and evolving. We’re so much more than a management agency, we’ve become a safe space for creators to express themselves online confidently and organically, we speak about the realism of being in this online space to normalise it for the masses.

And that my pretties.. is something I can’t wait to share more of with you as we continue to grow together, whether you’re a management client, 1-1, content support or a workshop attendee - I love you and I appreciate you trusting us with your journey 🧚🏼‍♀️✨

So, eventhough I don’t have a cake, a highly produced reel or a brandshoot to show you - i do have a lot of love and a wholeeeee lot more to share with you along the way 🫶🏼 (maybe a brand shoot at some point bc why not)

That message *literally* altered my brain chemistry ✨

Something I’ve been trying to get better at is leaning on those closest to me when times get hard, my older brother and I have a bond almost like twins - he’s someone who *gets* it. That message alone gave me the motivation I’d been looking for 🫶🏼

But it goes to show that - eventhough I was about to host a workshop about confidence, I got incredible feedback and nobody believed it was my first time presenting, to the point people have said “this is your calling”… I too needed that help.

You *can* do the hard thing and it’s true that the best version of yourself is at the other side of your comfort zone 🧚🏼‍♀️✨

Thank you so much to the gorgeous girl that sent this in, you literally made me 180 and redesign the workbook completely.

Now we have a core section on content creation itself, I’m shaping this for service based & product based businesses. We’re going to be including:
✨ different ways to capture yourself (plus the tips to give to your partners/friends/designated photographer so they get you juuuuust right)
✨ different hook variations for videos (and why they’re pivotal to your video)

Maybe I was a little ashamed?

But I have no idea why, all I can put it down to is 2 things:
• feeling like I was failing
• people thinking I was failing

Neither of which are true, but there was still this overwhelming sense of feeling that i needed to hide this decision from the digital world. Why do we feel like this when it’s actually a decision that benefits our nervous system and provides additional stability in an uncertain world.

I hope this reel has helped you in some way - whether you’re in the same position, thinking of making the same decision or maybe you’ve already been on this journey and it resonates.

Whatever the case is, just know that we all see you and nobody is judging you for making necessary decisions 🫶🏼

I really want to start giving you guys more insight into how the days look - not only as a social media manager but also as a typical businesswoman guessing her way through, because I think I speak for a lot of us when I say we’re guessing a lot of this 😂

Days at Pink Spider Media over the last few weeks have been a lot fuller, which was actually a goal of mine from a visibility and connections standpoint.

But when I say this could’ve been a 10min vlog.. it’s no joke 😂 there are still parts that I decided to cut for the sake of your viewing sanity and some side quests that didn’t need to be filmed. So, here’s a chopped down, no trending audio and 1.2x version!

Sooooo I’ve been nominated for 2 awards and I couldn’t be happier! 😭🩷🕷️

Last year I managed to take home the title of Business Woman of the Year 2025 after just 8 months in business, now I’m almost 2yrs in - I’m taking on staff, expanding services, my client diary has never been fuller and I’m up for 2 more awards! I’ve worked my t**h off for this but my work would be nothing without the support of my community, my family and the clients that trust me with their voice online.
