Some big shifts in mortgage rates this month! 📉

* Nationwide’s Standard Mortgage Rate dropped from 7.99% to 7.74%.

* Two-year fixed-rate mortgage: average 4.64%, with the best deal at 4.12%.

* Five-year fixed-rate mortgage: average 4.24%, best deal 3.77%.

* Two-year tracker mortgage: average 5.35%, best deal 5.14%.

* Standard Variable Rate (SVR): 7.14%.
