PLEASE SHARE People are quick enough in life to spread hate, share something positive.

Just over a week ago I would never dream of being able to do so many things, yet, I got comfortable with being uncomfortable and set out on an adventure to help me grow as a person

I did it. I have managed to accomplish so much and arrived home safe and sound an not only a stronger person but a changed one. For the better.

The Mirror recognised this and contacted me. Here is a little write up.

I am again seeking some kind of adventure, discomfort and placing myself in situations I wouldn't normally choose to do, let alone pay to do it.

I have recorded a message and here it is, I hope at least one person can take something away from this.

Go and face your fears. With or without the help of others.

My next trip? Ukraine.
