I love a bit of zoom. I really do. I couldn’t do what I do a lot of the time without it.

This year though big effort and energy going into the IRL.

Last year was ducks in a row year to free up a lot of my time.

Now it’s time to best use that time.

This last weekend I didn’t get my phone out (hence no pics)

But trust me it was a belter. Old friends, new friends, cooking for each other, walking in nature, live music gigging (at the front!), napping, hugging, crying, loads of laughing, nourishing as f*ck.

Defo started this year as I mean to go on.

Already got a few bits planned and planning on planning even more of it.

Small is great.

Bigging up SMALL businesses is my jam.

I had this battle for ages in my head and had the discussion with a few clients lately too.

The thing is with the word SMALL.
Makes us think we are playing SMALL.

And yet - it’s what I love.
It’s what gives me BIG energy.

It’s why I left BIG agency land with BIG clients. 
With it comes BIG meetings and lots of other BIG stuff. 
I have always struggled with these.

I love making a BIG difference 
for those I work with directly.

Making a BIG connection.
Seeing BIG reactions.

Small things are the big things to me.

When I created a business conference I made it small. (25)
When I created a morning network thee gatherings were small.
(50 rather than NYC 200+)

The effects can still be BIG and far reaching.
Big change starts with small actions.

The people I work with the most have some sort of career, job or business behind them. And they’re looking to change things up – it’s just not quite working for them anymore.

Just as I left BIG agency and set up on my own (terms!)

I see the greatness produced by the so called SMALL everyday.
And I’ve never looked back.

And as Seth Godin says - ‘No niche is too small if it’s yours’.
