I’ve supported growth for years. This certification elevates how I do it✨

Whether in marketing, strategy, or personal conversations, I’ve always found myself helping people move through things beneath the surface:
🔻the self-doubts,
🔻the mindset blocks,
🔻the “I don’t know why this keeps happening”

And somewhere along the way, I realised:
I don’t just love this work… I’m meant for it.

Over the last week, I completed an intensive training
and I am now officially a “Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach & Consultant Practitioner”👩🏽‍💻✅

This certification adds a lot of value:

👩🏽‍💻 For my marketing consultancy:
I now have stronger neuroscience-backed tools & frameworks to help my clients, to be able to coach leaders and entrepreneurs more effectively through mindset blocks, limiting beliefs, decision fatigue, team dynamics, and unconscious emotional patterns that hold them back or affect their performance in business.

🪴 For my page :
This is the first real step in my long–term vision to become an emotional wellness coach, specialising in attachment styles, birth order and the cycle-breaking journey especially from the perspective of someone who grew up as the middle child.

This is a deepening of who I’ve always been
and a strengthening of the work I’m already doing.

I’m proud of this one, and I am so excited to help my clients and more people along the way!🙏🏽💛

I am deeply grateful to have trained under one of the world’s leading coaches in NLP & neuroscience, an internationally acclaimed ICF Coach Trainer , and a huge thank you to and the entire team at .ae for holding such an impactful space for us to learn🤗

I mean it when I say I truly am in my “say yes to everything” era cause you would never catch me doing this otherwise 🤷🏽‍♀️

➡️ Fear of heights 🔝
➡️ Fear of bugs 🐛
➡️ Fear in general 😰

I’m really making a conscious effort to practice what I preach, because if I’m telling my clients to make their vision bigger than their fears and helping them work through action steps for their content & business but then I myself am not following through - that just makes me a hypocrite? Not someone I aspire to be!

We’re conditioned to box ourselves up,
to choose an identity,
to limit ourselves to the known
but that just limits our potential… 👩🏽‍💻

I too am shocked to see how far I’m truly pushing myself but look at the quantum leaps taking place in real time🥹👏🏽

It’s more like a leap of faith in Bali…
But each move is a baby step right?💛

I’m learning to trust myself…
And I have no shame admitting that💛

We all know the feeling of exhaustion all too well: emotionally, physically, spiritually.

And for the first time in a while I really feel like I’ve done something just for me, and that feels bittersweet.

This year has been one of massive change for me, and if I’m honest I feel the weight of many feelings,
the weight of many decisions I have made
or am yet to make even,
and most of all I feel the weight of uncertainty.

Leaning into this duality has meant understanding myself on a level I have never cared to see or learn from because I’ve simply never had too…

Until this business came to life!✨
Because I started having to make decisions,
I started having to understand myself,
I started having something to nurture & grow,
And I realised my ambitions were far bigger than I had ever imagined.

I am so grateful for every moment of this journey,
No matter how the journey looks and
I truthfully don’t know what’s to come but I’m letting life take the reins on this one 🌀✨

From London to Dubai to a soul trip to China and Bali? I’m here for it and I hope to share more with you as I go.

This Diwali isn’t about lighting every corner for me,
it’s about finding the light within the ones that went dim✨

We spend so much of our lives dimming ourselves
🌘 to keep the peace,
🌘 to not take up too much space,
🌘 to not be too “loud” or “disrespectful”,
🌘 to not “shine too bright” …

But your light was meant to guide, to inspire, to remind.

So here’s your gentle reminder to let yourself glow on your own terms and keep protecting that light within.

Me just realising this is what people see when I am out here getting content… 👀🤣

Whether I’m
Peeking through plants 🌿
Looking like Gollum 😶
Crawling high, low or upside down 🔃

You best believe I’m doing everything in my power to make sure I get “THAT” shot for my clients📸

And while it may not always seem like it on the outside,
this is a very manual job:
🔂 constantly on the go,
🔂 on your feet from prep time till the end,
🔂 physically exhausting and
🔂 energetically draining from having your social battery & problem-solving mode switched on for the entire duration of the shoot or event 🔋🪫

But I wouldn’t have it any other way!💛
