Operating as “Always Online Agency”, I worked as a freelance paid social expert for many brands as well as their ad creative strategist.

What a journey it’s been 🎢✨ – and I wouldn’t change a thing ❤️

Sometimes I look back at this little dream of mine and can’t believe how far it’s come. From starting my business in my third year of uni to building my own little team, it's been the most rewarding rollercoaster ☁️✨

Over the years, I’ve had the chance to wear many hats: working as a contractor with some incredible agencies and growing my own brand as a solo freelancer. I’ve worked from the head offices in London and I’ve also worked from a beach in Thailand. It’s been wild, beautiful and full of lessons.

But none of it would have been possible without you.

Weekly roundup: Back in England and spent the week catching up with clients, onboarding a dreamy new jewellery client, went to London for dinner with friends, launched new campaigns on TikTok, Meta and Google and added another ads platform to my service suite 💗✨🤍

As someone that's worked in an agency and now works as a freelancer, I can tell you I have such an improved workflow for my clients now that I'm solo.

I know that my brand is Always Online AGENCY, but the truth is it’s just me! I more so fit the freelancer category, which is exactly how I want it.

When I used to work in an agency I had over 15 clients, and honestly did not have the time to give each account the attention it needed. I now work with a third of that, which allows me to really understand my clients' business, and not just run their ads. We have much faster turnarounds times as there are less hoops to jump through, and with daily communication I can really become part of their team 💗

This is the only formula you need to nail if you want to have a successful eCommerce store 🚀 Just running ads (increasing visitors) but not focusing on the other factors means you're wasting money.
