We had a great time at P3 Collective - people with passion and purpose ‘s fundraising event in partnership with Sab Saath this week at Impact Hub King’s Cross. P3 Collective is working hard to raise money for Pakistan 🇵🇰 - donations will go towards rebuild homes after last year’s devastating floods. Thank you .mir1 for organising!

Today is World Water Day.

🌍 The beautiful waters of Camps Bay didn’t change the fact that Cape Town suffered a huge water crisis just a few years ago. A combination of factors including low rainfall led to Cape Town being just 90 days away from turning the taps off in 2017. The crisis may have been averted but it forced local residents to become more conscious about the way they use water.

💧The facts remain: 1.4 million people die annually and 74 million will have their lives shortened by diseases related to poor water, sanitation and hygiene. (WHO 2022)

😷 Today, 1 in 4 people – 2 billion people worldwide – lack safe drinking water. (WHO/UNICEF 2021)

We aim to host a positive and encouraging space for writers to share their work and receive valuable feedback.

We're looking forward to hearing from you if you have a story to share, perhaps an account of a personal experience or a completely fictional tale. Whether you are an experienced writer or just starting out, apply to join us once a month either virtually or in Central London (Venue TBC).
