We're so quick to say yes to all the awesome opportunities that come our way! But saying YES to everything can also quickly lead to burnout and overwhelm.

So before taking on a new project, ask yourself:
Is this the right opportunity for me? What's my gut feeling saying?
Do I ACTUALLY have availability or will I have to work overtime for this?
Is it worth working overtime? Is it aligned with my bigger goals?

Are you guilty of saying yes too much? We sure have been there!
