I use my seasonal palette, which helps with hue, contrast and intensity. And also my facial shape and proportions to find the best type of frame for me.

For me, career coaching and personal style consultations has helped immensely, helping me to build confidence and self-belief. I don’t always feel good but I do always feel that I know who I am.

Do you have lots of ‘if-only’s? I invite you to join me in letting them go today. I’m going to ask myself ‘what works for the person I am right now?’ and dress for who I am today, not a romanticised version of my past self or a wishful thinking version of my future self.
