We’re pleased to share an important update on the next chapter of Flex4.
Flex4 OPS (Online Print Solution) has been acquired by TRACK7 Technology Group, the parent group of Newcastle-based Enigma Interactive.
After many years as a family-run business, this move gives us the strategic backing, technical depth and investment needed to accelerate product development and expand our market reach, while remaining fully focused on our clients.
We will continue to operate independently from Cumbria, with Francis remaining as Managing Director, alongside our amazing team, but with investment in people, processes and infrastructure from a group level.
What this does mean is increased capability, stronger leadership support and long-term investment in the Online Print Solution platform, helping us build even more value for our clients and partners.
