We’re delighted to announce that big group has officially transitioned into an Employee-Owned Business.

The big group ethos of ‘Think big, deliver excellence, side by side’ has resulted in a unique culture and a thriving business, and to ensure we stay independent, the board decided to progress ownership of the business to an Employee-Owned Trust.

June 23rd which is Employee Ownership Day felt like the best time to announce that all staff now share beneficial ownership of big group. We firmly believe this is how a business like big group truly grows.
