Rising Digitally is a growing company working with international clients. We are expanding our team and looking for an Onsite HR & Admin Coordinator to manage hiring, HR documentation, onboarding, performance monitoring support, and daily office administration.
A key part of this role is helping build and maintain a professional, responsible, and positive work environment as the team grows.

๐๐ฅ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
- Lead and manage recruitment for all roles (onsite & remote).
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates.
- Use job boards, social media & referrals to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Keep a backup talent pool ready for quick replacements.
- Support basic employer branding initiatives on social platforms.
- Facilitate onboarding & maintain all related documentation.
- Prepare and issue HR documents (offer letters, confirmations, NDAs, separation letters).
- Maintain staff files, attendance data & HR records.
- Track basic performance indicators and flag concerns.
- Respond to employee queries professionally (written & verbal).
- Assist in training coordination, compliance tracking & HR logs.
- Support payroll prep with accurate employee and attendance data.
- Ensure confidentiality, integrity & secure handling of HR data.
- Contribute to HR reporting & continuous process improvements.
๐๐ฑ๐บ๐ถ๐ป ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
- Oversee daily office workflow and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage office supplies, workstation setups & facility needs.
- Assist in arranging orientations, meetings & small training sessions.
- Maintain a clean, organized & professional office environment.
๐ ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐ & ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐:
- Bachelorโs degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1โ3 years of proven experience in HR, Admin, or an HR coordination role.

- Strong understanding of HR practices, hiring, documentation & onboarding.
- Ability to prepare HR documents independently with accuracy.
- Experience in screening, sourcing & coordinating interviews.
- Organized, reliable & strong with follow-ups.
- Able to manage multiple tasks without supervision.
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Docs or similar tools.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism & integrity.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
