After decades of running Dojos I’ve changed direction. I’ll always keep sharing the code of Bushido and the dojo is within me. But… I have so many other aspects that I work on behind the scenes and some of them we’ve been making more solid. We have several to share in the upcoming months, from design to music, inner alchemy to apothecary to this one on consciousness. My personal website will be home to all the creative endeavours. Plus all the lovely and wonderful clients I still work with on agency side I’ll showcase their projects too. It’s an exciting time to change all that we see without that does not resonate within. Ethical Marketing is a term used for when you are simply and wholeheartedly sharing and offering your products and services with integrity, soul and a genuine desire to help. Not one that is masked as getting 'leads', 'closing', 'hitting sales targets' and any other non conscious language.

You can absolutely want to build a grand conscious business and aspire to helping millions, that isn't the problem. The external drivers that most 'marketers' employ are really just ways of building hype, pressure and emotional decision making coming from a place of fear, lack, fomo, this is what everyone else is going thinking.

It is therefore a low vibe / frequency output.

When you set out with a different intent, frequency and creative, you can free yourself from any expectation or attachment of outcome.

The simple fact is if you connect people with something genuine that they resonate with, they will move into action through inspiration not because you are psychologically pushing them into it. Big difference.

Conscious business rests on ethical marketing as it is pure of heart and soul.

You give, serve, help, do..... and then the rest takes care of itself.

The Art of Peace remains one of my most favoured books, I don't think I'll ever tire of the timeless wisdom of Miyamoto Mushashi's words.

This particular quote I feel really sums up consciousness and to take that into all areas of our living, leadership and business.

What is within, is without.

You cannot create external change in any area if the inner world isn't in harmony, balance and alignment.

We use in the Dojo in order to explore, express and create from something very powerful; the free, awakened, connected individual.

One of the best aspects of a Conscious based business is that it would be started by an entrepreneur that actually cared about making a difference. They will be more what we call passion, purpose or mission driven rather than profits driven (which is usual in more capitalistic and big companies).

Conscious based business comes from the premise "Do No Harm" this means we are all committing to seek out the best ways, practises and solutions to ensuring that we are a force for good for people, animals and the planet.

It doesn't matter so much where you start on that journey, it matters more that you are trying to ethically and morally evolve all the various parts of the work, business and team.

The more everyone does this, then the more global impact we'll have.

If you need any advice, support or guidance on how to create, or increase your conscious based business, please do get in touch, we'd love to give you some pointers.

All conscious businesses start small even if they have big ideas on how they want to help the world.

Every single conscious, spiritual, vegan entrepreneur comes from a place of love that they want to share with others.

They might have a product or service business but what they all share in common is that they come from a creative not competitive space.

There are enough sources of abundance for everyone we just need to work together more.
