As we close the office for the year, we want to pause and recognise what really made 2025 what it was. The people.
Last Friday we came together as a team to reflect on the year behind us, look ahead to what’s coming, and celebrate the team who make what it is.
The future is exciting, but it’s the people behind the scenes who turn ambition into reality.
A highlight of the day was our team awards, which recognise the behaviours that matter most to us. The help that’s given freely. The extra effort that doesn’t get asked for. The care taken to do things properly.
These awards aren’t about titles or visibility. They’re about recognising the effort that often happens quietly. The support. The growth. The commitment to each other and to doing great work.
