Welcome to our PVC card customisation service! In this guide, we will walk you through the step-by-step process of ordering your PVC cards, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Read on to learn about each crucial stage of the ordering process, as well as the custom options and services we offer.
1. When you reach the customise page, choose the size of the cards first, CREDIT CARD size is the most common size customers choose.
2. If you have your designs already, just upload them at STEP 2, or you can use the tools here to design your cards if you have ideas. Otherwise, if you don't have any ideas or you have concerns related to your design, you can leave comments in the comments part, and our designers will help to sort this out for you.
3. If you have different names/photos for the cards, remember to choose all card designs differently and upload the additional files at STEP 3, if you have multiple files, you can compress them and upload them in zip form. It is always better to do it on the website than email us to avoid misunderstanding between teams.
4. We have many delivery options, all price includes standard shipping, if you need a quicker delivery, UPS/FedEx express services can be chosen with an earlier expected delivery date.
5. In the cart, you can see all the product details you choose and if you haven't made up your mind, you can email this information to you and take further consideration.
6. We also offer various payment options, if credit card payment fails, you can try PayPal instead, you don't really have to have a PayPal account to do this. You can also choose see design pay later option if you are worried about the final look of the product. Anyway, we will share the digital proof with all customers, and we will not send this to production without your final confirmation :)
