The wonderful Diversity & Inclusion team at Incubeta have been working hard to create lots of resources & support for our staff over the past year. We recently hosted “Let’s Have a Kiki" the first in a series of internal panels centering discussions around the LGBT+ community.

Hosted by our LGBTQ+ affinity network, these panels will serve as open forums to bring light to issues that LGBTQ+ people face, and to educate listeners.
The first discussion touched upon being LGBT in the workplace, and the lowdown on how to be an ally. It’s important to use our voices to advocate for LGBT rights, challenge homophobic and transphobic behaviors and show true solidarity.

Thanks to our panelists for being so candid with their experiences and striving to educate. We look forward to the next Kiki!

We’re so thrilled to announce the appointment of Sally Laycock, as the New CEO for Incubeta UK.

Sally has been an integral part of the Incubeta family for over 12 years, having joined NMPi (then Net Media Planet) in 2008.

Sally succeeds Luke Judge who, after 4 very successful years as CEO UK/US, has decided to step down to pursue new challenges outside of Incubeta. All of us here at Incubeta wish Luke all the best for his future endeavors and are looking forward to the future success of Incubeta under Sally’s leadership.

Every year at Incubeta, we kick off the new year with a strategy planning day. Things were a little different in 2021, as we were unable to physically be together.

Instead, we were fortunate enough to have Olympian Michelle Carter, speak to our staff about her experience as an shotput Gold Medallist, and how to have a champions mindset. 🥇

A key part of Michelle’s success is her planning & manifestation of her goals. Michelle inspired us with her story to create our own vision board for 2021. What stands out to you?
