Sally & Ray by 2023. I went to see Ray’s wonderful exhibition at the today. I had some great conversations about what he and the producers are doing for their CIC - .uk to promote good mental health. All the images are up on the this evening in London. This project started in lockdown and now has over 5000 participants this year. Today is International Podcast Day!

In 2021 and 2022, I recorded two seasons of the Love Live Music Secrets of Success Podcast. It was great fun and I am very proud of the conversations I had. I spoke to my colleagues and those I respect in the music industry, I wanted to know about their lives and what motivated them in the music industry.
I picked their brains, extracted their secrets for success and listened to their reflections, failures and wins from their careers.

In Season 2, I went on tour around the UK to find out what made them successful in what they do. If you are interested in being successful in your music industry career, you have come to the right place and you can hear the many reflections and solutions from a whole range of professionals.

Over the past 30 plus years in the music business I have pretty much seen and heard it all, the good, the bad and the very ugly!
I started out as a runner in my Dad’s recording studio working with such iconic bands as Motorhead and have just completed my 16th year at working in .hayes , , Woodsies, with over two thousand artists including , Lipa, , , and many DJ’s!

Recently, I have been a Masters Lecturer at teaching Digital Marketing and at Music College speaking on how to manage your career in the Music Industry, managing your Mental Health and how to avoid Burn Out.

I have had the privilege to mentor the next generation of music industry professionals around the world with Tileyard, BIMM & .So and I continue to encourage the next generation.

The one thing I know beyond doubt, is that behind every Artist small or big is a huge team of highly successful and talented individuals who help the artist monetise and develop their talent and connect their music to global audiences.

Today is a wonderful day.
I am on the beach 🏖️ in Portugal 🇵🇹.
This picture is for the .uk campaign which is created by - check out his work! Take A Moment began as a virtual exhibition in 2020 where people could share their eyes closed selfies, take a moment together, and see their photo within a virtual exhibition alongside some very well-known faces.

Take A Moment is about simply taking a few seconds every day for our mental health...to pause, breath, disconnect and then reconnect, so we can find clarity. A simple action that can make a life changing difference in our fast-paced world.

has captured hundreds of photographs of stars with their eyes closed over the last 10 years, to highlight the importance of taking a moment for themselves to focus on their mental health. Take A Moment has become a platform for Mental Health Awareness and has opened up a conversation for more people to talk about this very important subject.

This year, with the support of Art of London, Take A Moment is back in the West End, exhibiting on Piccadilly Lights and within the National Portrait Gallery to encourage everyone to pause, upload their 'eyes closed selfie' and become part of the art.

Take A Moment has a global ambition to hold hands across the internet and expand the archive of moments from thousands of photos to millions of photos with a campaign that stretches across the world on its most famous art spaces.

Glastonbury done! Just wrapping up and so many photos! I worked on the Press, PR and digital strategies for the , and Woodsies stages, 5 stages, over 200 artists, 1 short doc for the BBC, interviews for , . I worked with a superb team who made all the content possible , , , and - you were superb, worked so hard during long hot days and delivered the best. Here are a few personal highlights including mum and son gig and a visit to the backstage bar with the fam. Media highlights include working with , (family fav) and the iconic . Gosh this is a sad one … have so loved ‘s fashion over the years. She inspired me and I remember working on a project with hoping that she would use the rebel tartan for a design, sadly never came off. A total inspiration who has given so much creatively - truly the British Queen of Fashion. Thanks Viv for all your work and legacy. I hope one day to spin in one of your dresses like you did at Buckingham Palace! Rest in Peace.

In our village we host advent window installations - one window a day until Christmas Day.

This year I have been thinking about and giving guest lectures on Mental Health. I also attended the Hope conference curated by .collective and who host the Hub of Hope platform. My advent window is about Hope and even when all feels dark and hopeless, there are bright lights virtual and otherwise that shine to illuminate the way forward.

The Hub of Hope helps you to find the most relevant and readily available support near you, when you need it.

With more than 1,800 local, regional, grassroots and national services currently listed the Hub of Hope is the UK’s go-to mental health support signposting tool.

It includes a “Get Help Now” function which allows you to talk directly to Samaritans or access text message support via Crisis Text line.
