Just come back from the Dementia Café, and if you know me, you’ll know I often say how wonderful this place is. ❤️

The brainchild of Claire Spencer, it really and truly is such a beautiful space, filled with wonderful people. It’s welcoming, happy and full of fun, and honestly, it’s a lifesaver for so many of us who have someone close to us living with dementia.

There’s no judgement, just acceptance, understanding, laughter and friendship. ❤️

If you haven’t been before, do pop along and give it a try. It’s held on the first Wednesday of every month, and I promise you’ll be made to feel very welcome.

My granddaughter calls it “Nan Nan’s Café” – and I think that says it all. 🥰
