1. Ask why - understanding the reasons why allows for prioritisation of what’s important in the final output.

2. Growth mindset - seeing the positives and putting situations into perspective in busy and high-stress periods will help both the teams’ mood but also the quality of the outputs.

3. Lists! - prioritising the to-do list based on importance and urgency collectively allows you to meet urgent now deadlines, but also visualise what’s important to come and plan ahead.
