Creative industries, organisations, and leadership environments increasingly depend on individuals who can think clearly, communicate effectively, and navigate change without losing human connection.

An unforgettable night at D&AD.

Last night I had the honour of spending an evening with Aubrey “Po” Powell, the creative force who helped shape the visual identity of Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Peter Gabriel, and so many more.

The new Legends of Design series opened with his story: five decades of risk, imagination, and groundbreaking work at Hipgnosis.

Hearing him speak reminded me why design matters. It shapes culture. It shapes memory. It shapes who we become creatively.
Hosted by Michael Johnson at D&AD’s London HQ, the room was full, the energy was high, and the stories were unforgettable.
