My career has been in highly competitive environments, often in industries where men are still the majority and where women can sometimes feel they must compete with each other just to secure a seat at the table.
But through my years in tech, Iโve learned something important, ๐ฐ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ง ๐ ๐ซ๐จ๐ฐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ ๐ฐ๐ก๐๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ ๐๐๐๐ก ๐จ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ซ ๐ค

When we encourage and lift each other up.
Communities like Women@HP, where I previously served as Chair, reminded me that when women collaborate instead of compete, incredible things happen. Confidence grows, opportunities appear and real progress is made.
Today is a reminder that progress doesnโt happen alone.
It happens when we support, mentor and open doors for each other.
