We released the world’s first GTM Engineering course back in March.

Here’s what happened next.

If this is your first time seeing my content, I founded an early GTM Engineering agency's with my brother Penn just under two years ago.

We were one of the very early adopters of Clay and Smartlead, and scaled to $1 M ARR in just 14 months.

It felt like stumbling onto a superpower, especially after years of manual prospecting.

So in March, we poured everything we knew into a course to teach others end-to-end GTM Engineering.

Not just cold email, not just Clay, not just automations, but the entire syllabus to become a true GTM Engineer.

Since launch we’ve:

Both in the global top 50 by market cap.
Both booked in-person meetings via cold emial.

Enterprise is a different beast. Here's what works:

1) Optimise for "forwardability" – decisions involve layers.
2) Lead with goodwill – noisier inboxes so upfront value is critic.
3) Use senior team – use your sales leader/CEO to drive engagement.
4) Own your tone – don’t shrink because of the logo. Speak like a peer.
5) Stack social proof – bigger brands carry more risk. De-risk with evidence.
