My Background
With over 17 years’ experience in the property industry, I’ve worked in both commercial and residential agencies. My property journey started back in 1999, when I joined a local estate agent working in the customer service department, supporting existing clients with property updates, contacting potential buyers to ascertain how their property search was going and matching properties

to buyers’ specific criteria. From my hard work and dedication, I worked my way up through the ranks from customer service to sales negotiator, valuations manager to then finally being a branch manager. Why me
Property is my passion and I love to help people find their new home whether it is the first step on the property ladder, a forever home or downsizing. I am driven to support my clients every step of the way to take the stress out of moving home and make it an enjoyable journey. Having lived and worked all my life in Tameside, I have unique knowledge of the local area from the school catchment areas, doctors, sought after streets to live on, local amenities and great ideas for a family outing. I have the skill to accurately value your property and provide comparable evidence in the current market and ensure you get the best possible price for your current home. You want an agent who understands your property as much as you do. Unlike other agents, my aim isn’t to have the largest market share. I only work with 6-8 properties at a time to ensure I can provide the best service to you. The Process
Selling a property can be an exciting, nervous and exhilarating experience. Whichever way it goes, I’m on hand to help you every step of the way. I’ll visit you in your property, free of charge, advise you on the best way to market your home to get the best price and help with the correct asking price, based on your own personal circumstances. After that, I’ll prepare the details and photos and add your property on Rightmove & Zoopla as well as tap into my mailing list of buyers to help you to secure a buyer at the best price possible. I’ll help you with booking viewings (which I will personally conduct), negotiating offers to maximise your price and, as you’d expect from a personal estate agent, I’ll help with seeing the sale all the way through, to the day you hand over the keys. The area`s I cover are Denton, Audenshaw, Ashton-Under-Lyne, Stalybridge, Hyde and Dukinfield.
