The past couple of years I’ve had my fair share of cars, been ripped off on two of them.

People need to be carful when looking at cars, I’ll be honest I takes people’s word way too much, but that’s my own fault for having a big heart and I do tend to trust people a bit too much too quickly.

So my car history I’ve had some crazy stuff. Had the Japanese imported Honda Jazz, Jordan Yellow, low lip line 1of1 kit, sparco chrome wheels, fully custom interior was a very unique car let’s say.

From that I went off and bought my mini r58, longest time I even owned a car for, two and a half years! Ended up bagging that, thrown a lip kit, JCW skirts, stage 3 clutch, went through a couple of different styles on the car but the vsfk’s on the car was by far personally the best look I’ve had.

From that the bmw 123d what I kept like a OEM plus build. Stage 1, air ride and wheels all done within two weeks of owning the car and still getting messages about my wheel specs on it, madness for using old stock m pars off the 5 series.

From that we arrive at the wide body e88 what’s been nothing but a night mare and I wish I just didn’t bother with it, but I took a risk and it did not pay off.

To now, a E92 320d “sport plus edition” thinking of keeping it simple and OEM plus so stay tuned for that

There’s a huge list of things I need to get done.

First priority is getting the car running smoothly, now I’ve done a lot of messing around. Picked up the car did 100 miles had a stuck injector on 4 and no spark on 1.

Four coil packs and four spark plugs later that has been sorted, now we have a cam shaft sensor on intake side playing up, need to get parts for that sorted, hoping to either pick one up today or tomorrow.

Im also reading a vanmos code, im hoping that will clear after the cam sensor has been swapped out. If not I’ll be back onto the drawing board.

Next is doing more interior bits; I have a vertex steering wheel on it’s way, need to look into audio upgrades too, I’m either going to strip a 123d for the audio and find a sub for the boot or it will be a full audio swap out.

Im also searching far and wide to find the best possible way to bag your car for a relatively cheap price hardest part is finding the management you will want to run.

But im desperately in need of some 19” 10.5j wheels for BMW fitment 🫠 as the 20” wheels on it currently are far to big for the car

Well after a stressful week, with work being chaotic, more stress added on with how the car what has been sat for 8 years decided it wasn’t going to be my friend..

Had a misfire on cylinder 1&4, no spark at all on 4 my worst fear was that the ECU was creating the fault as they’re known for it on the n43 platform turned out to be a stuck injector on 4 what wanted to say F you to cylinder 1..

One injector swap later, 4 new coils, 4 new spark plugs and she’s running! Over the moon with it.

Sounds a bit better now with wanting to cut my back box off cause he loves cutting s**t up 😂👍🏼

Just more motivation to keep on putting work into this, it’s got a long way to go!
