We were recently commissioned by JB Sport + Education to create a sustainable solution for their marketing output following a company wide investment into a rebrand.
๐ŸŽฏ The goals were clear, develop a marketing strategy, improve marketing assets, introduce standard operating procedures and ensure the solution is financially sustainable moving forward. Here's what we did...

1๏ธโƒฃ - Created a strategy that included suggested marketing goals & KPI's, access to standard operating procedures, guides, advice and templates.

2๏ธโƒฃ - Designed over 100 social media marketing assets and traditional print material such as brochures and flyers, utilising QR codes as clear call to actions.

3๏ธโƒฃ - Wrote 12 optimised blogs and provided 16 other recommended blog titles that were devised from research into what potential customers are looking for on search engines.

4๏ธโƒฃ - Introduced guides and SOPs which included guides for engagement, blog maximisation plans, personnel responsibilities, approval processes and quality assurance procedures.

5๏ธโƒฃ - Provided links to templates for every design, media asset and blog to help with the creation of content going forward in line with their desire to create a financially sustainable solution for marketing.
