If your GP surgery or medical practice isn’t getting a steady flow of GMB reviews. Follow these two steps.

1) For the next 7 days, ask every single patient for a GMB (FB or BING) review

2) Spend 15 mins at the end of each day liking and responding positively to any reviews - negative OR positive.

🔢 Remember, marketing is a numbers game, so encourage the whole GP practice, including nurses and clinicians, to get involved.

After 7 days, do it all again and watch online trust and your patient list grow.
