PHMG was founded in 1998 by Managing Director Grant Reed. After spending a decade in North America researching the emerging field of audio branding, he had the vision to bring On-Hold Marketing to the UK – and set about transforming the caller experience.
In the years that followed, we stayed at the cutting edge of our industry by developing our product, our brand and our operation. We expanded our service portfolio to include a full suite of creative audio branding solutions. We updated all playback equipment in line with the latest technology to maintain the highest standards of sound quality. And we expanded our workforce to include ambitious sales executives, expert account managers, creative copywriters and highly skilled producers.
Today, our staff count stands at over 480 and our client list tops 32,000 – not just in the UK, but all over the world. With offices in prime business locations, and operations on four continents, we’ve evolved to become the world’s leading audio branding agency
