For anyone who would like to purchase any artwork framed ready, please give me a message and discuss 🙂 The majority of art prints on my Etsy shop are unframed.
A recent customer’s feedback of expecting prints to come framed (even though it stated ‘unframed’ on the product descriptions) and that she was really disappointed with the quality of the artwork, stressing that my artwork is definitely not worth the price… the comment has took me by surprise but also raised my concern… since it worked out as £11.25 per artwork (I think myself - is it realistic it could be produced, framed and posted at £11 in 2026 🤔 I also wonder how much would she reckons my creativity and ideas is worth?)
I always drive positive shopping experience and customers service. A lot of you have given me positive feedback of your great experience, and are impressed by artwork quality and colours, which made me confident in what I am offering, think I have been doing things right. I am also always open to any suggestions to improve your shopping experience with All Things Bloom Art. I would be grateful if you give me a shout, and I’ll try my best to address and improve 🫶🏼 However, to receive a negative review from who I believe doesn’t quite appreciate artists original work, or the value of it, especially when there’s no one’s fault apart from not reading the product descriptions properly, it’s a little saddening.
If you are still unsure whether artwork is unframed even though it’s stated unframed 😌 please always message with your queries before purchasing.
